Spring time!

A few photos of Cowick Garden in flower. Today was the first day in weeks that the sun came out for the entire day and not a single cloud was seen in the sky. The buds and flowers were basking in the warmth of the sun.

What stunning flowers you have appearing in your garden, and the photos of them are so clear and sharp. They present a very different picture from the snowy December scenes. We would love to see an overall view of your garden - it must look very colourful with various plants coming into flower. We hope the vegetables grow well this year.

Thank you Dave and Sheila! So lovely to receive a message from you both.

Yes, what a difference from those snowy pictures I posted not so long ago. Will definitely take an overall photo of the garden as soon as we have another sunny day.

We prepared the vegetable patch over the weekend so it's ready for sowing this weekend. :-)

Hi Danielle, I'm a friend of Sheila's and she put me onto your blog....I love the graphics you have done, and believe that you had a very attractive one before you changed it as well? Anyway, I am in the throws of changing the graphics and looks of my website, and wondered if you do anything like that and what you would quote. I can give you more detail via email: naturally_you@ihug.co.nz or have a look at my website: www.naturallyou.co.nz

BTW I really enjoyed your gardening blog, as I love pottering in my garden too. I'm slowly changing mine to an edible garden, but having mostly large decking, makes it a bit of a challenge finding out what trees etc don't mind being confined to a pot!

Please give my regards to Trevor
